Glass Wool for Air Conditioning Ducts
HVAC ductwork is one of the largest energy losers in any building when poorly insulated — conditioned air loses temperature along the way, blower noise transmits to occupied spaces, and uncontrolled condensation damages building structures. Yinliya glass wool air conditioning boards and fiberglass air ducts solve all three problems simultaneously.
For sheet-metal duct insulation, Yinliya glass wool duct boards provide high-density rigid panels (64–100 kg/m³) with thermal conductivity ≤0.04 W/(m·K). The boards line duct interiors or exteriors with integrated thermal insulation, sound absorption, and (when foil-faced) vapor barrier performance — eliminating the need for separate materials and accelerating installation.
For complete duct fabrication, our fiberglass air ducts integrate the duct wall and the insulation into a single rigid component. This approach saves installation time compared with sheet-metal-plus-wrap construction, reduces system weight, and delivers built-in sound attenuation that minimizes blower noise transmission to occupied spaces below.
Class A non-combustible classification and a service temperature up to 120°C make these products suitable for virtually all standard commercial HVAC applications. For HVAC contractors, mechanical engineers, and building owners, Yinliya glass wool delivers the integrated thermal, acoustic, and condensation control performance modern HVAC design demands.
